The first thing that comes to mind would be the local free public 
library.  Many have the Value Line and S&P data.  Most copy machines 
charge around a dime, so the cost for your 16 stocks would be $1.60.

Another option is to call the company directly and get the annual 
reports. Cost: Phone call.
