Go to the Windows Sistem/ and delete that file (MDT2QD.DLL) then Reboot again. Running the program VB without that file just want to check. Next is Copy file MDT2QD.DLL from the computer where VB can running well then Put that file at the computer where VB error. I just assumes that maybe before u installed the VB there was install another program with MDT2QD included in your error komputer.Probably the version was not compatible each other. Just do it???
