Hi Desy,

I think this is how you do it in Outlook ;

1. Go to Tools -> Options
2. Click on Preferences tab
3. On the E-mail section , click on E-mail Options
4. Then click on Advanced E-mail Options
5. At the 'When Sending a message' section , 'check' the 'Automatic name
checking' checklist button
6. Off you go

Note : When writing the address in the To: field , I think you need to move
away from the field to resolve the address.

I hope this helps,
Bagus
