Aneh, seharusnya di menu 'Tools' ada sub menu 'Services' pada tampilan utama
Outlook - bukan dari jendela 'Compose New Message', kalau sampai tidak ada,
coba lihat dari 'Control Panel'-nya Windows, lalu double click 'Mail' atau
'Mail and Fax'.

coba dari menu Tools -> Services -> click Outlook Address book -> click
Properties -> lihat di Path-nya untuk lokasi & nama file-nya.
Saya buka di Tool dan menu SERVICE tidak ada ?.
