Saya juga mengalami masalah ini di P200 Pro Compaq Deskpro 2000 & setelah diupgrade BIOS-nya jadi OK. Kayaknya masalah ATA atau bios dech... maklum komputer agak ketinggalan kereta.. dual pentium pro 200, ATA33. Soalnya perkembangan terakhir.. setelah sukses diinitialisasi dengan software bawaannya si Quantum dengan tampilan benar 10.2 GB... tapi itu hardisk hanya dikenalin oleh system 8.4 GB... nddak bener pengenalan C/H/S. Si BIOS hanya ngenalin sampai 8.4 GB.. nddak bisa lebih, padahal menurut spec dari hdd manufacture-nya walaupun si BIOS nggak ngenalin tapi kalo dikerjakan over-layered bisa jalan lho. So...
