penulisan html untuk input password mah biasa saja, contohnya:
<form action="ceklogin.php" method="post">
nama <input type="text" name="nama"><br>
password <input type="password" name="password"><br>
<input type="submit">
</form>
nanti untuk ngecek, bikin pake php/asp/dll ...
bisa simple, bisa rumit, tergantung anda ingin seberapa secure.
