VACANCY OFFICE MANAGER, JAKARTA
The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) is the Australian Government's
export facilitation body, which operates to support Australian business by
increasing exports and attracting foreign investment into Australia.
Austrade is seeking an Office Manager to commence in November 2001.
Interviews will be carried out in October 2001.
Set out below is a brief summary of the position:
Key functions:
. Maintenance of office accounts
. Ensure compliance with Austrade's standards
. Develop and monitor annual budgets
. Preparation of annual financial returns
. Management of Austrade's property portfolio
. Maintenance of office systems
Candidate:
. Must be a team-orientated person
. Possess tertiary qualifications in accountancy, preferably be a CPA.
. Have a sound knowledge of modern office management techniques and
equipment
. Have a high level of computer literacy and have excellent spreadsheet and
good word processing skills
. Fluent in both written and spoken English
Salary:
. An attractive salary will be offered commensurate with skills and
experience.
