According to https://github.com/karelzak/util-linux/blob/master/README , translation are not directly accepted on GitHub. They are handled on https://translationproject.org website. I have committed the fix found in https://github.com/karelzak/util-linux/pull/1423 through https://translationproject.org/team/zh_CN.html interface. The issue in https://github.com/karelzak/util-linux/pull/1422 is not valid since these translations are already marked as fuzzy. This means that those translated strings are not used in released util-linux software. We may update them later. The current i18n-zh mailing list only handles zh_CN translation. Please coordinate with zh_TW people on how to fix zh_TW translation. You are more than welcome to contribute to util-linux zh_CN translation.
