Hello everyone, I issue a string freeze exception. The game manual (doc/manual) is no longer under a string freeze. Its English text may and likely will change before the 1.14.0 release. We advise translators to not focus on the manual for now.
The game manual will enter a string freeze again when we tag Battle for Wesnoth version 1.13.12. It's currently scheduled for March 10.
