[Roman] Thanks for adding it to the write-up. While RFC8805 is a DOWNREF, this won't be a problem as it was explicitly called out in the IETF Last Call. The IANA Expert replied "Looks Good" for the IANA Review three days ago. Who to contact for changing the IANA Experts States to "Expert Reviews OK"?
