Microsoft Excel
1. Delete isi folder -Program Files - Microsoft Office - Office -XlsStart
2. Open New Excel Document lalu check -Tools -Options - General -Macro Virus Protection
3. Exit Excel
4. Buka file Excel yang terkontaminasi
5. Jika ada macro, disable macro
6. Select semua sheet, lalu copy ke new book
7. Close file terkontaminasi
8. Save new book copyan sebagai file terkontaminasi (overwrite)
Microsoft Word
1. Delete normal.dot dari -Program Files -Microsoft Office - Templates
2. Open New Word Document lalu check -Tools -Options - General -Macro Virus Protection
3. Exit Word
4. Edit properties normal.dot menjadi read only and archive
5. Buka file Word yang terkontaminasi
6. Jika ada macro, disable macro
7. Select all isi file lalu copy ke new document
8. Close file terkontaminasi
9. Save new document sebagai file terkontaminasi.
Cara ini akan menghilangkan macro yang bervirus.
Tips :
Install McAfee dengan option lengkap (Custom) lalu setting Vshield untuk check all files dan semua attachment dan rajin-rajin lah update DAT terbaru di :
\\div-it-server1\antivirus\mcafee

Antivirus apa yang paling afdol untuk membasmi virus makro, baik yang di word maupun excell (virus ubay ??)
Saya sudah coba Mc affee (yang di excell nggak terdeteksi), Norton (yang di word nggak ter clean), F-makro (nggak terdeteksi). Apa ada yang salah ya... ??
Padahal saya sudah coba update yang paling akhir.
