My work has been commited by Marco to sugar-jhbuild:
http://www.sugarlabs.org/go/DevelopmentTeam/Jhbuild/Debian#Debian_repository_for_sugar-jhbuild


You can pull it by:
git-clone git://dev.laptop.org/sugar-jhbuild

and then:

$ cd sugar-jhbuild
$ dpkg-buildpackage 
(you must be root)

will build it
