With this, we and our target countries need to start thinking about
the infrastructure for global communication among students. Issues:

o Interaction with school security
o Safety from predatory adults, including personal safety, and also
spamming, phishing, etc.
o Appropriate social networking
o Networking for teachers
o Networking for parents, other family, and community
o Individual vs. sister school connections
o International communication in the curriculum: languages, cultural
exchange, history, geography, civics, economic development,
environment...
