Caroline, I haven't tried the CAST website in Sugar but I have tried downloading Zip files from other websites in Sugar. If I download a Zip file from Gutenberg or from my personal website in shell.sugarlabs.org it downloads just fine. However, when I try to download a Zip file containing an RTF from the Baen Free Library I get the same thing that you see. No confirmation that a download is about to begin and in the Journal an entry showing a progress bar that just gives up. No problem with this website or CAST in Windows. It may be a MIME issue on the server that confuses the Browse Activity. In my own case I could download an unzipped RTF from Baen so I just documented that on my web page and left it at that. If you can document how to recreate the issue in Browse you might want to open a ticket on it.
