That's something Tomeu has been calling for for the last few months: A Community Team [1] (with a Community Team Coordinator that initiates the team). It's definitely something we need, but all of the people that I think would make excellent members of that team (alphabetical order: Bernie, David, Mel, Walter) are busy with other stuff already.
