Christoph,

I could not find (quickly) any licence reference, we'd like to translate into
polish as well. Should we contact author or you think we can go ahead?

best

of Uruguay

  Hey Caryl,

thanks a lot for the heads-up. Briefly looking over the ToC it seems that
this is a very comprehensive book indeed which contains many of Guzman's
projects which we know and love. :-)

I had previously also spoken to him about a translation to English and also
hope that we can organize something. I'd definitely be happy to set aside some
hours in April to translate a chapter or two.

  Cheers,
  Christoph

    Hi All,

Some of you may remember Guzman Trinidad from Ciebal Jam. He is the teacher
who showed us so many wonderful sensors that he made to do experiments with
XOs in his science classes. Well, he has just finished writing a book: Physics
with the XO

I haven't had a chance to read it all yet, but it looks like it will be a
wonderful resource for science teachers both in high school and even in middle
school physical science. It is, of course, all in Spanish. You can see the book
at:
https://sites.google.com/site/solymar1fisica/fisica-con-xo-investigacion-/fisica-con-xo-el-libro

I hope there will be an effort to translate it into other languages. As a
retired science teacher, I can tell you my students and I would have really
enjoyed learning with these experiments. Check it out!
