If you visit <http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.1/files/head:/messages/>, you can find out that the Mailman user interface (for Mailman 2.1) has been made available in a number of languages other than English and German (in which it is presently available at your site). You will notice that Spanish is one of them. A number of Sugar Learning Platform users speak Spanish and may have no or limited proficiency in English or German. I would like to suggest that you make the Mailman Web interface available entirely (or to the greatest extent possible) in Spanish in addition to whatever languages have already been configured.
