Kalau saja spec survey bisa digalakkan maka kontrak model ini mungkin tidak diperlukan. Nah bagaimana menggalakkan investor (seismic survey co) untuk mau melakukannya. Adakah aturan2nya ?. Survey yg aku maksud ini juga spec-survey untuk daerah yg cukup luas, tidak hanya daerah open namun juga "melalui" daerah2 yg sedang di "hold" sebuah oil company juga.
Nah daerah2 antara ini akan sangat mungkin diambilk oleh Oil Co lain, juga biasa survey seismic tentunya akan bisa lebih murah seandainya dilakukan secara massal. Bayangkan saja kalau daerah kecil utk survey seismic berapa waktu yg habius hanya utk "make turn arround".
