Pak Untung, saya pernah melamar travel fellowship tsb 4-5 tahun lalu untuk ikut AGU fall meeting di SF, tetapi gagal karena dianggap bukan berasal dari negera berkembang, mungkin pada saat itu saya tinggal di Tokyo sebagai PhD student yang menerima beasiswa. Jadi hanya travel fellowship ini hanya berlaku yang bertempat tinggal di negara berkembang bukan citizenship-nya.
