Job Opportunity – Paradigm Onsite Support Geoscientist
Location – Jakarta, Indonesia
Description:
Manage technology adoption, rollout and usage
Accountabilities:
Through a proactive hands on approach:
· Ensure that all client G&G staff realise and utilise Paradigms
technology in order to extract maximum value from its deployment.
· Engage with clients application support; help maintain the
installation and efficient operation of Paradigm software.
· Act as mentor, coach and 'the face of Paradigm' to the above
teams.
· Provide day to day support to users of Paradgim Interpretation
Product suite.
· Review, suggest and facilitate improvements to current E&P
workflows.
· Act as on site business development agent to help grow the account
through:
o the expansion by usage of our technology footprint
o promotion and adoption of Paradigm applications and workflows beyond
the current client portfolio
· Introduce and actively manage on site learning and knowledge
transfer activities
· Provide constant and detailed feedback to:
o R&D and Customer support on user issues and development
requests
o Sales team on potential opportunities and challenges
The ideal candidate will be conversant with industry standard
seismic interpretation and depth conversion workflows, and ideally will also
have some experience of Paradigm’s comprehensive interpretation suite of
products (not essential, training will be provided).
• Knowledge of Linux and windows operating systems
• B.S. or M.S. degree in area of expertise w/minimum 5-10 years
industry experience
• Some knowledge of data management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self starter, keen to learn and be certified on Paradigm’s suite
of applications
• Focused on customer service
• Ability to work on a team
• Project professional image
• Strong analytical problem solving
• Good communication and presentation skills
