The Computer Science and Mathematics Division at the Oak Ridge National
Laboratory (ORNL) seeks applicants for postdoctoral positions in
computational statistics for large scale and distributed data. Positions
require a Ph.D. in statistics, applied mathematics, or computer science
(summer or semester internships are also available to Ph.D. candidates).
A strong background in the mathematics of data analysis and an ability
to develop large software applications in a high-performance computing

for research in high performance computing, applied mathematics, and
