Dissolve salt and sugar completely, in hot water.
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until blended.

Sear the meat on top of the stove to start the caramelization process.
Deglaze with broth, and bring to a boil; simmer 3 minutes, or until thick.

To tie the roast, first secure it around the middle with short individual

Top with crushed ice and club soda.
Stir in pureed corn, tomato, and cheese.
If too thick to pour, thin with a little milk.
Add vanilla pod and seeds.
Serve each person their own 'shot' of dressing to toss with the salad. A light 
gray nonstick pan works great.
Saute fish in oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place 1 
teaspoon of crab mixture in center of each, then moisten edges with water.
Saute onion and red pepper over medium-high heat in 1 T.
minced fresh rosemary, thyme, or chives1  t. flank steak, trimmedPlace on End 
of Beef, Roll up:16   8-inch asparagus spears trimmed16   8-inch pieces 
scallion, trimmedCombine; Marinate Beef:6  T. Combine Onion Relish ingredients, 
chill. Trim lamb of fat, leaving a thin layer, see bottom left picture. Simmer, 
partially covered, for 15 minutes. Flip the bag over periodically for even 
thickness.
Boil potatoes in water for one minute.
To cube mango, trim sides from pit, cut squares, and turn inside out.
Preheat broiler or grill.
So, I make sauteed apples.
Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade for sauce.
Add reserved chicken and simmer 5 minutes to heat through. Add broth and beer; 
bring to a boil.
