Change IBATIS-42 Component from NO COMPONENT to SQL Maps

Hello,

I can't see a way in JIRA to change the Component for issue IBATIS-42.
The Component field should be 'SQL Maps'.  Unfortunately it was
created with no component.

Is there someone that can correct this?
