I updated the SqlMapConfig.xsd to allow mixed content for the <sqlMapConfig>
element:
<xs:element name="sqlMapConfig">
<xs:complexType mixed="true">
Otherwise, stuff needs to be done before validation while loading the document
to get rid of tabs/newlines/etc that may be in the document's content. (Note:
the Resources.Get***AsXmlDocument() methods are used for both the SqlMap.config
file and SqlMap.xml files.)
