Not sure about the z/9x0's, but for the z/890, you have to set up an OAT table for the shared port/CHPID. Each OAT table entry will have the IP address for each LPAR that will use the port/CHPID. I currently have six LPARs sharing a single OSA port/CHPID. As you can see from the table below, all of the LPARs can use the same CCUU.
