I would like to expand the moronically associated usage to include all  forms 
of government (which is really the same as politics), such as corporate  
management, especially with regards to PHBs and the poor Dilberts whom they  
attempt to manage.  "Military intelligence" and "government service" are  two 
of 
the classical politically oriented phrases that helped engender the  widespread 
assumption that oxymoronic and moronic are the same.
