Thanks all for replying.
Somebody mistakenly initted the 510RES volume with a z/OS VTOC. Thus
damaging the volume and also preventing restoring a cpvolume dump. The
system is still running so I'm looking for a way of starting ICKDSF to
do a format of the volume to make it a cpvolume again so I can do a
restore. I already tried the detach, but it failed and for some reason I
thought there was another command for detaching cp owned volumes. Right
now I cannot logon any user, only already running users (including
maint) are still active. I've managed to format another volume as 510RES
and do a restore to it from z/OS, so we'll probably end up ipling vm
from that volume this weekend.
Thank you,
Erik Janssen.
