I assume these are RELFILEs.  As long as you don't rename them, then
you can (and probably should) move them.  If they get deleted from
the work packs before you apply and accept the FMIDs then you would
have to receive the FMIDs again.

If you want to prevent this from happing again you can either:

1) Update the SMPTLIB DDDEF in your global zone.
2) Include an override for SMPTLIB in your receive JCL. Example:
    //SMPTLIB  DD UNIT=SYSALLDA,VOL=SER=SMPVOL,DISP=OLD
