Thanks Jim, will raise a PMR. 

We run z/OS R4 and yes it's similiar like the IEEBASEA but
this time not in the mapping. With the substituded LINKX the macro destroy 
R1 which cause the S2C6 RSN200. 

Workaround or local fix is to set SYSSTATE ARCHLVL=1 (AMODE64=NO/ASCENV=AR/ANY) 
before IOSCDR and back to SYSSTATE ARCHLVL=2 (AMODE64/ASCENV=AR/ANY) after.

  LINK was changed in z/OS 1.6 to not substitute LINKX simply because of
ARCHLVL>1.  It will continue to substitute LINKX when AMODE64=YES or
ASCENV=AR/ANY (although the MNote still lists AMODE64=YES as one of the
reasons  :-(     ).
