Thanks Jim, will raise a PMR. We run z/OS R4 and yes it's similiar like the IEEBASEA but this time not in the mapping. With the substituded LINKX the macro destroy R1 which cause the S2C6 RSN200.
Workaround or local fix is to set SYSSTATE ARCHLVL=1 (AMODE64=NO/ASCENV=AR/ANY) before IOSCDR and back to SYSSTATE ARCHLVL=2 (AMODE64/ASCENV=AR/ANY) after.
