I've had this unfortunate experience before. The AT&T support people have no clue about IBMLink. And, the IBMLink people say, "It's not our problem. You have to talk to AT&T." I vowed that the next time there was a similar issue, I would become irate, doggedly escalate the issue on the IBMLink side, and make *them* report the problem to AT&T.
