Yes,I can ping the IP address of the printer,the address was showed in successfully transmit message we got from Invertory msglog. from IBM menu,the major difference between LPR and direct socket is LPR use a queue and direct socket use a port number.Then how to set the layout for these two function and where can I find the queue name for the printer?
