Hi, Since the default SPOOLNUM=32, is there any performance impact setting TGSPACE to also handle 32 spool volumes. ie. TGSPACE=(MAX=537504,WARN=80), The JES2 (SA22-7533) manual suggest it okey setting this parameter significantly higher than your present requirements dictate. The performance cost should be minimal;
If there minimal performance impact why isn't this the default rather than current 16288. Anyone ?
