Barry, I see the sessions under the Boston Proceedings (2000's), but only see downloads for 2821, as you stated. I guess 2822 and 2823 are not available yet.
I got the instructions for download from the session 2895 handout (it happened to be on the top of my share pile). After browsing through the handouts for 2895 and 2822, they seem to be the same lab with different dumps. That probably explains why there is no 2895 dumps, but there are 2822. No 2x4 needed.
