Fred, G'day mate. I haven't opened a manual on this yet, but my guess is the D37 feedback from Extended Format is happening somewhere that harbour doesn't expect with striped, and perhaps Extended Format datasets.
If I'm right, than rather than handling intercepting the D37, closing the old file and allocating a new one the D37 is falling through catcher and failing. I don't have a Harbour environment to test with, but I would raise it as a Harbour problem. They should be supporting extended format and stripes by now.
