Very important work on one Image, was "varied off" by IRD to favor the same importance work on another Image, and it nearly choked the loser to death. Minimum weights had to be moved off of 0 to accommodate not losing the sysplex heartbeat. I have IRD fully active except managed channels. Managed channels would not benefit me since currently we have the maximum FICON channels attached to each storage processor it can support. Weight Management and CPU Management you should enable together I think.
