We are having problems with some software and operating system which do 
not release storage properly and that health check (and RMF) helps us to 
check for it.

And this is forcing us to schedule regular IPL (to stay within this topic).

You originally said 'storage creep', but I accept what you said about WLM and 
CPU "creep" due to expanding work queue.
