We are running with Hitachi USP V disks. HyperPAV requires an additional licensing cost for the OS and for the controller (license + additional maintenance cost, if I remember correctly). I have no idea what the costs are, as they are handled by a different department in our shop, and they also tend to change based on your agreements with your disk provider and your bargaining skills.
