At the last meeting of the Midwest Computer Measurement Group, which was held in Milwaukee a month or so ago, Al Sherkow spoke, but not on Neon zPrime. He was asked a lot of questions about it during his 2 hours, and it was very interesting. He does consulting work for both Neon and IBM. He didn't give any definitive answers, but did point out that whatever contract you sign with IBM for using ZIIPs and ZAAPs is binding. This should be interesting to see how this plays out.
