If the ISPF statistics are important to your shop (They are for ours.),
you can use the PDS utility from the CBT collection to increase the
directory. I've never been brave enough to do this to VTAMLST in
production but we did it in a test environment once. (I've never
PDS hose over a directory but I'm always a bit nervous about doing
it.) There are probably commercial products that can do the same
thing. See if you already have one.
In this case I would strongly prefer to delete the stats. It is 100%
safe and supported.
How to prevent information from the stats?
1. Save memberlist
2. Copy-paste screen content
3. Take a photo <g>
4. IEBCopy whole PDS to another one
It is worth to mention that you need to delete stats for SINGLE member
to get directory space for several new members.
