I'm pretty sure that the Cluster Entry is only created when the VVDS is defined, and would therefor only exist in the catalog where the VVDS was initially defined, while there will a data component entry in every catalog that contains (or ever contained) a dataset that had an entry in that VVDS. Try doing a DSLIST using *.VVDS.Vxxxxxx , this will cause DSLIST to list ALL catalogs, and you will probably find that it is defined in multiple catalogs, and you should find the cluster entry in one of them.
