Anyway in this day and age TI or HP  calculators can do most of
the preflight calculations and the  sophisticated avionics can
take care of the plane. Maybe even a  NETAPP on iPhones could keep the
planes moving. Anyway, it just doesn't  happen without direction, funding, 
planning, implementation and testing.
