The Extended Addressability Guide has some nice snippets of code that display
the use of various
cross memory features, but I would like to see a well-programmed example of a
full-length program
that puts it all together.

If someone could point me to some nice examples of cross memory programming
evincing good
programming style (say, on the CBTape or elsewhere), I would be very
appreciative. Programs
deploying stacking PC's and utilizing access registers would be nice, but not
an absolute
requirement.
