A few weeks ago I tried to submit an RCF. I discover that the manuals now send me to a web for rather than supplying an email address. I filled out the form. I have gotten no response, not even an automated acknowledgement (a tracking number would be nice).
It's possible that I mistyped my email address on the RCF form. What have others experienced? Do you get acknowledgements? Does "Submit" supply a tracking number that I may have overlooked?
