There was an article regarding HMC and BCPii (Page 46) in the August 2009 issues of the z/OS Hot Topics Newsletter and this also suggests z9 and z10, not z890 (http://publibz.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/e0z2n1a0.pdf).
