Bob, Thanks - you're right that we had to rely on our personal contacts - IBM's customer references, and Gartner - those were pretty much the sources we had.
What suprised me was that IBM could not provide us with any contacts for fully duplexed GDPS users, but that may be peculiar to what it is we want to do.
