I have a task to create some code using OPS/MVS. I think a very long time ago I had a design document that helped me flesh out the details.
IIRC - it had 3 or 4 sections. The purpose, the requirements, the what-it-does and perhaps a flow chart (as I said very old) What is being used today to help design processes.
