If it helps, look at the small print in *.SISPPENU(ISREDDE) and then set
PANELID ON to see which panels are loaded into VS. Then alias ISREDDE as
ISREDDE2/3/4/5.
As for BROWSE, issue ISPEXEC BROWSE DATASET('&DSN'), with your choice of
&DSN via Clist or REXX - or copy/concat-ahead [EMAIL PROTECTED] on DDNAME=ISPPLIB
(in your PDS) and change it to use BROWSE instead of VIEW.

Some users may need more than your arbitrary limit to do their job.
Some/most may not. Set the size limit to a reasonable number. Then, let
each user justify the requirement for more. Unjustified users shouldn't be
allowed to open huge files in edit/view mode. Too many such users can bring
even a system with "lots" of real storage to its knees.
