From what I understand the following macros make CDE entires LINK, XCTL,

This is true. But the list is incomplete.

If you have some code in storage and would like to make it have CDE entry
use IDENTIFY
The intent of IDENTIFY is not to "have CDE entry". But that is a result.

To see all the CDE enties in a Address space you probably need a SVC dump
a
SYSUDUMP just has info
Why do you need to "see all the CDE entries" as opposed to seeing
the formatted data that is taken from the CDEs?

Pertaining to the abend
What abend?

If you have a CDE entry for a module if its marked re-entrant and
re-usable
doesn't mean macros such as LINK, XCTL or ATTACH
Will use the CDE or entry point
I don't understand the question. In the right circumstances, the
already-loaded
copy will be re-used and the use count in the CDE incremented.
