problem solved. Maybe that's a windows feature.

You have reason to be confused. Beside ISP filtering as suggested by zMan,
there could be other reasons. We've experienced problems with mail servers
which were setup (un-announced of course) as a 're-relayer', meaning they
were setup as another extra relayer of e-mails. Did your people changed
something on their e-mail server(s) setup or re-configuration or just
a 'delayed' reboot?

Sometimes the server got locked up until someone awakes the mail server
admin...

Some of our mails took a week to be redistributed, but you have to shake
awake those mail server admins... :-(

The day the e-mail server admin monitors their own server, it will be raining!

Anyway, glad to see your problem is solved. I prefer to browse via an internet
browser, not on my e-mail client. Not perfect, but it is my choice.
