We bought an exit from IBM and it uses WTOs.
If this is an USERVAR exit or a DSME exit, you have bought defective goods.
Perhaps you can reclaim from your credit card company!

Not true. If you're in SRB mode, you can use a branch entry form of
WTO. BTDT with IEFU84 exits.
